✨Payment✨

Buyers will pay in FULL at the time of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. Production will not start unless the order is paid in full.  An order can ONLY be cancelled if I have not started work on your custom piece . No refunds after 24 hours has passed as I have already started to prep your order.

We accept the following payment methods: You will be able to view them during checkout! We will also offer an easy way to make payments!

✨My Process✨

My creations are custom, original, and unique. It is impossible to make an identical item or an exact replica of another artist’s work. My creations may contain variations in colors, styles, and technique as these are unique to every crafter. There may be VERY small blemishes, bubbles, dimples, tiny rough spots, etc. Pictures of the process can be sent to the buyer if requested prior to moving to the next step. Once given the OK to proceed to the next step this, cannot be reversed or changed.

Glitter gets EVERYWHERE! It's a part of me! There may be a teeny tiny random speck of glitter on your cup that migrated from myself or another project. I strive for perfection but I am human and that is impossible as everything is made by hand. What I can guarantee is a cup that is as close to perfect as I can get. I do not let anything leave my craft room that I am not proud of! I ask that you find beauty in the different variations and imperfections of your cup. They are all unique and one of kind just like us ❤️

✨Returns and Exchanges✨

All items are custom made, by hand, for each order. I DO NOT except returns, exchanges, or cancellations accept for the small window of time listed above. However, if there is a problem with your item please contact me and we can work on a solution.

It is important to note that the cups and lids ARE NOT leak proof. They must be handled upright to prevent any leakage. Handle your personalized tumbler with care and follow the instructions on the care card. Resin is durable but not indestructible. I am not responsible for cups that are dropped, placed in the freezer, microwave, left in a hot car, left to soak in water, put in a dishwasher, or any other situations that may compromise the integrity of the cup. Even roughly placing the cup down on a hard surface, especially with liquids making it heavier, can cause irreparable damage. Treat your tumbler like it is glass and please HANDLE WITH CARE!

✨Shipping and In Person Pick UP✨

Local Pick Up/Meet Up/Drop Off: Available for free at my discretion in the Mount Airy/Dobson area. I also offer porch pick up.

Shipping: All items are sent via USPS Priority Mail. You can request USPS Priority Mail Express at an extra cost. Items come with insurance and tracking information. Larger packages are sent with the most cost efficient method by USPS for my customers.

Please note the estimated date of arrival is just an estimate. Once I have physically shipped your item it is no longer under my control.

✨Processing Time and Shipping✨

Shipping and processing/turn-around time are NOT the same thing. Items have a processing time of approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the amount of orders I am currently working on. Once the item is completed and ready to ship or pick up you will be notified and given a tracking number or a pick up/drop off date, place, and time will be made.

PLEASE NOTE: DURING THESE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES ALL MAIL CARRIER SERVICES ARE DEALING WITH CHRISTMAS LEVEL VOLUME. THIS MAY CAUSE FURTHER DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT MY HANDS.

Damaged or Lost: If an item is damaged or lost in the shipping process please contact USPS. You will need to file a claim with them. We are not responsible for the packages once we provide them to USPS.
